Vintage Items – Returns Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Due to the vintage nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns outside this period unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Show no signs of additional wear or damage
- Include original packaging where reasonably possible
Minor wear consistent with vintage condition is not considered a fault.
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Address
If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked shipping service. Until we receive the returned item, responsibility remains with the sender.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If an order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law
